1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and j7l Casino ("j7l," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at j7l.club ("Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features offered therein.

By registering a j7l account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a j7l account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of j7l, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the j7l Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by j7l's decision.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming on j7l, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and accurate.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) j7l account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. j7l reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

3.3 Account Security

You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. j7l will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify j7l immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

j7l is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit copies of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time j7l deems necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4 Deposits & Payments

j7l accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are the only methods available on the Platform:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Philippine debit cards

All deposits are credited to your j7l account in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. j7l does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any other method not listed above.

Deposits are generally credited instantly for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your j7l account balance. j7l is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

By depositing funds into your j7l account, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your j7l account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit funds into your j7l account, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for details.
• j7l reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting additional KYC documentation.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take up to three (3) banking days.

j7l reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

j7l offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all j7l bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. j7l reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• j7l reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the j7l Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

j7l uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for electronic games and live physical equipment for live dealer games. All game outcomes are determined fairly and independently of j7l's commercial interests. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in the respective game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, j7l reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. j7l's decision in such matters is final.

Bets placed and accepted are final. j7l will not reverse a bet after it has been accepted and the game round has commenced, except in cases of manifest error or technical malfunction as determined by j7l.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j7l Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one j7l account.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the j7l Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j7l staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

j7l is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harms associated with gambling. j7l provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all players through the Account Settings section after logging in:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum loss th resholds.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Reality check reminders: Receive periodic notifications showing your session duration and net result.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to seek professional support. j7l takes all self-exclusion requests seriously and will action them promptly. Once a permanent self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed.

j7l reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account at its sole discretion, including where j7l has reason to believe a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the j7l Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of j7l or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any j7l intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content — is strictly prohibited without j7l's prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j7l, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond j7l's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by j7l in the exercise of its rights under these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j7l makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. j7l's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your j7l account at the time the relevant claim arises.

12 Privacy

j7l collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. j7l will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

13 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your j7l account at any time by contacting j7l customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

j7l reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• j7l has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of your account would expose j7l to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You are found to be ineligible to hold a j7l account under Section 2 of these Terms.

In the event of account closure by j7l for cause, j7l reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the j7l Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact j7l's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. j7l will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

j7l's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to manifest error as determined by j7l in its sole discretion.

15 Amendments to These Terms

j7l reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, j7l will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the j7l Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
